Privacy, simply explained.

When you contact Nutmeg Realty, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide so we can respond and manage your enquiry. Enquiries are stored in our secure owner workspace hosted on Cloudflare.

Enquiry emails

We use Resend to send a confirmation to the email address you provide and an enquiry notification to our team. Resend processes the contact and enquiry details needed to deliver these emails. These are service messages about your enquiry, not a marketing subscription. Replies go to hello@nutmegrealtygroup.com, our Zoho-hosted mailbox.

What we store on your device

Saved properties are stored in your browser. Owner accounts use a secure session cookie to keep authorised staff signed in. The website does not use advertising trackers.

Currency and maps

Your chosen currency is remembered in a preference cookie. Cloudflare may suggest an initial currency from your country, without requesting precise location. Reference rates are provided by Frankfurter. Property maps use OpenStreetMap data through OpenFreeMap; loading a map shares normal connection information with the map provider.

Contact and social links

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. Social links will be enabled when our profiles are ready.

Your choices
